what is the #1 complaint they hear? It's unlicensed structural pest inspectors performing
poor inspections. Unreported damages can cost tens of thousands of dollars.
By law, anyone inspecting for pests, their signs, or conducive conditions must be licensed
by the Washington State Department of Agriculture.
