A complete “Summary Report” emailed or faxed to all interested parties within 24 hours of the inspection. The Summary report includes Action Items, Significant Defects, Health and Safety Issues, Maintenance Items and Components at or near the end of their Service Life.

The “Inspection Report Binder” is sent via Priority Mail to the client within 48 hours of the inspection. The Inspection Report Binder includes a comprehensive narrative style report on all the major components and systems of the property inspected and digital photos are inserted in the appropriate sections of the report.
